Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs for the software solution.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and design intuitive user experiences.
3. Ensure consistency and usability across all user interface elements and interactions.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate designs.
5. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

Key KPIs/SLAs:
1. User satisfaction with the usability and aesthetics of the user interface.
2. Effectiveness of designs in meeting user needs and achieving business goals.
3. Timeliness and quality of design deliverables.
4. Successful implementation of designs by development teams.
5. Improvement in key usability metrics (e.g., task completion rate, user satisfaction score).

Desired Skills, Experience, Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
4. Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
