Job Title: Integration Lead

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the integration efforts with third-party systems and external APIs.
2. Define integration requirements and design integration solutions.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure smooth data exchange.
4. Develop and maintain integration workflows, mappings, and transformations.
5. Conduct testing and validation of integrations to ensure reliability and accuracy.

Key KPIs/SLAs:
1. Successful integration of third-party systems with the software solution.
2. Timeliness and reliability of data exchange between systems.
3. Adherence to integration requirements and standards.
4. Minimization of integration errors and failures.
5. Stakeholder satisfaction with integration outcomes.

Desired Skills, Experience, Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
2. Experience in integration technologies such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, ETL.
3. Strong understanding of data formats and protocols (JSON, XML, CSV).
4. Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
