Job Title: Functional Lead (SFA)

Key Responsibilities:
1.Define functional requirements for the sales force automation (SFA) system.
2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand requirements.
3. Customize and configure the SFA system to support sales processes.
4. Provide subject matter expertise and support to the development team.
5. Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate user training and adoption.

Key KPIs/SLAs:
1. Alignment of SFA functionality with sales and marketing requirements.
2. User satisfaction with SFA usability and effectiveness.
3. Timely resolution of SFA-related issues and enhancements.
4. Successful implementation of SFA customizations and configurations.
5. User adoption and utilization of SFA features.

Desired Skills, Experience, Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
2. Experience with sales force automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
3. Strong understanding of sales processes and workflows.
4. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
