Job Title: Change Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in assessing organizational readiness for change and identifying potential barriers.
2. Support the development of change management plans and communication strategies.
3. Coordinate training and support activities for employees affected by change initiatives.
4. Monitor and report on the progress of change management activities.
5. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of change management initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.
Key KPIs/SLAs:
1. Completion of change management activities within the project timeline.
2. Stakeholder satisfaction with change support services.
3. Timeliness and accuracy of progress reports on change management initiatives.
4. Employee participation and engagement in change-related activities.
5. Identification and mitigation of resistance to change within the organization.
Desired Skills, Experience, Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or related field.
2. Previous experience in change management or related roles.
3. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
