Job Title: Business Process Transformation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
2. Develop and implement strategies for business process transformation.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gain buy-in for process changes.
4. Define metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
5. Provide training and support to employees affected by process changes.

Key KPIs/SLAs:
1. Percentage improvement in key business process metrics (e.g., cycle time, cost savings).
2. Stakeholder satisfaction with process transformation initiatives.
3. Successful implementation of process improvements.
4. Employee adoption and proficiency in new processes.
5. Return on investment (ROI) from process transformation projects.

Desired Skills, Experience, Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
2. Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement.
3. Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
4. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
5. Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) preferred.
